An "Inside Out" Approach
The Inclusion Coaching Certification program introduces a new mindset, skill set, and toolset at the intersection of coaching and inclusion. Students experience an immersion in the good, the bad, and the ugly relative to advancing inclusivity in organizations, society, and the coaching profession.
Each class offers opportunities to learn and unlearn at the level of core motivations, values, and beliefs. Course material addresses individual, systemic, institutional, and structural level issues to provide a holistic view of how coaches and professionals at all levels can leverage coaching skills to act as change agents in the workplace.

We focus on two key goals:
1. Increasing diversity, equity, and inclusion in the coaching profession
2. Increasing access to coaching
We offer a scholarship program for underrepresented groups.
All of our faculty and panelists commit to pro bono coaching hours to increase access to underserved populations.
Scholarship recipients are eligible for business mentoring following successful completion of the Inclusion Coaching Certification Program.
All students complete a 360 Impact Project focusing on how they as individuals and the broader coaching profession can help advance diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
